We have probation officers, polygraphers and attorneys attending.  At each meeting we first discuss legal and media information from members, and update members on CCOSO board issues. Issues range from new legislation to local politics. Following this we have presentations to members and will be offering CEUs. Recent topics have been: a review of the incest recidivism literature, residential treatment of adolescent sex offenders, and an internet safety presentation typically given to parents by a county probation officer.

Directions to meetings or an e-mailed agenda and minutes can be obtained by contacting Brian Cunningham, L.C.S.W. (909) 783-1473, and Araceli Cabarcas, L.M.F.T. (760) 586-6888.  Information is also available on the Chapter’s web site.
